How do I book tickets?
The easiest way is online via our booking system - hit the "Book Now" button anywhere on the site. You can also buy tickets in person at the box office, which opens 30 minutes before the first showing of the day.
How much are tickets?
- Adult (18+): £9.00
- Child (12 and under): £8.00
- Teen (13–17): £8.50
- Senior (60+): £8.50
- Family ticket (2 adults, 2 children or 1 adult, 3 children): £30.00
Online bookings carry an 80p per-ticket booking fee. Prices can vary for special events and live screenings.
What money-saving deals are currently running?

Where can I park?
There's free parking right next to the cinema and around the town centre area. Please note the free parking may be subject to time limits set by the parking provider, so do check the signage when you arrive - the Kingdom Shopping Centre parking FAQ has the current limits and tariffs.
How long are the ads and trailers before the film?
Adverts and trailers typically run for around 15-20 minutes before the film starts - this is standard across all cinemas.
How many seats are in each screen?
- Screen 1: 156 seats
- Screen 2: 110 seats
- Screen 3: 20 seats
Is the cinema accessible?
Unfortunately not fully - there's a set of stairs and no wheelchair access at present. If you have any questions about your visit, give us a ring on 01592 758513 and we'll help.
Do you have subtitled or autism-friendly screenings?
As a small independent cinema, we offer subtitled and relaxed screenings on a best-effort basis per film - check the schedule for details. For a more relaxed screening generally, we'd recommend coming midweek, especially a couple of weeks after the film you want to see has premiered.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
We ask that you buy snacks and drinks from our kiosk rather than bringing your own - it's how a small independent cinema like ours keeps the lights on. We promise our popcorn is worth it.
My child is under 12 - can they watch a 12A film?
Yes, as long as they're accompanied by an adult. A 12A rating means the film is suitable for children aged 12 and over, but younger children can watch with a parent or guardian. U and PG films are open to everyone.
Can I bring my child to a 15 or 18 rated film?
No. Unlike 12A, the 15 and 18 ratings are legally binding age limits - no one under that age can be admitted, even with an adult. As a licensed cinema we're required by law to enforce them, so please bring ID to prove your age if asked. You can read more about what each rating means on the BBFC website.
What happens if I can't make a showing I've booked?
Contact us at least 24 hours before the showing and we'll do our best to exchange your tickets for another date or showing of the same film, subject to availability. Tickets are non-refundable except when a showing is cancelled by us.

Can I hire a screen for a private event?
Absolutely - birthday parties, corporate events, gaming nights, or a private screening of your favourite film. Get in touch at kinofinance@gmail.com and we'll put a package together.
